editor’s note
Dear Reader,
This has to be my favorite time of year. It seems that from Thanksgiving to New Years, most people are in good spirits no matter their situation. In honor of this holiday disposition, we have put together an array of stories that will entertain, promote the spirit of giving and celebrate individuals that spread joy throughout the year.
In this Harford we take a close look at some of the local bars/restaurants that have migrated over the last 10 years from downtown Baltimore to Main Street. We hope you get a chance to drop in and experience what these places have to offer with family and friends.
Inside you’ll also find a compelling profile of one of the most talented young singing stars to be born in Harford County, Julienne Irwin. I sat down with Julienne and her parents to talk about how she got started in her singing career and how she feels about being raised far away from the claws of Hollywood.
This edition of Harford also focuses on some of the local retail businesses that have fun, creative and unique gifts for giving during the holidays.
We wish you all a very happy, healthy and safe New Year! Enjoy!
Yours,

Jennifer K. Dansicker
